The Soft robot gripper incorporates a bionic mechanism and adopts a wrap-around grip for a faster, more stable and more accurate gripping action. As the flexible fingers are made of food-grade silicone, they are extremely safe for the operator and do not scratch the appearance of the board. The grippers themselves are also lighter in weight, saving space on the production line while reducing the load on the robot arm. When gripping display panels, the soft robot fingers can easily grip the edges of the panel, eliminating the blind spots during the visual inspection of suction cups and the traces left by the suction cups. Soft robot can effectively replaces manual labour and increases the product qualification rate.
