SFG Soft Finger Gripper is a new type of flexible gripper launched by SRT, which is mainly composed of flexible finger module, bracket and mechanical arm connector. The flexible finger module is the core component of SFG flexible gripper, and the executive part is poured from food grade silicone rubber, which is characterized by good flexibility, long service life and high reliability. The diamond pattern design is added to the inner surface of the finger, which has better friction and resistance under the condition of dual support. The bracket and connector are made of aviation grade high-strength aluminum alloy, which is light in weight and high in strength, and can easily handle various industrial occasions. It can adaptively wrap the target object without pre setting according to the precise size, shape and hardness of the object. It can get rid of the constraints of traditional production lines on incoming materials and can handle parts of various sizes and shapes.
Soft gripper has special airbag structure, producing different movements according to internal and external pressure difference.

Finger module coding rules
