The SMART VISION system is mainly installed on top of the production line conveyor belt and requires no manual intervention. The sensor control triggers a high-precision industrial camera to take pictures, which in conjunction with a suitable lens and light source provide clear images of the production date, production batch number and expiry date of the product. The image acquisition unit uploads the image to the industrial control computer, where the built-in intelligent software and algorithm unit analyses the image precisely and gives the detection results. The display unit and human-machine interaction terminal can provide data statistics, quantification of detection results, attribution analysis and report printing services.
